Office Services & Facilities


Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and flow of correspondence.


  • Answer, screen and direct calls
  • Greet all office visitors
  • Provide general and administrative support
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail; maintain and route publications
  • Manage conference room reservations
  • Process invoices, submit check requests and manage facilities related vendor billing
  • Set up new hires in security system and manage visitor registration
  • Process complimentary game ticket requests for staff and clients
  • Update League staff directory

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist as back up to the offices services team as needed
  • Provide support to Senior Director, Facilities & Administration with administrative projects as needed
  • Update employee seating changes on Office Space
  • Update vendor certificates of insurance into the Angus system
  • Process requests for messenger services
  • Manage facilities ticketing system


Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in reception, administration, or a related field

  • Ability to cover reception area for extended periods of time
  • Professional and polished at all times in demeanor, appearance, telephone and interpersonal manner
  • Absolute sensitivity and discretion when dealing with confidential information

  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as phones and computers
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Consistent good judgement with demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the Spanish Language (business proficiency)
  • Knowledge of the sport of soccer
