  • Overview

    The Coordinator, Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable is responsible for processing payables and receivables for multiple subsidiaries.


    • Review and process incoming check requests through online check request system daily
    • Enter wire transfers into GP database on a monthly basis
    • Obtain and file all W9 forms for new vendors
    • Process Expense Reports for staff and contractors
    • Review outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment by clients and handle collection efforts
    • Manage collections agency accounts and relationship
    • Process billing requests and generate invoices
    • Send monthly statements and track Accounts Receivable adjustments
    • Make weekly deposits (remote and in person)
    • Process credit card payments online
    • Assist in annual audits
    • Maintain filing for Finance Department
    • Coordinate storage efforts with our storage partner for all prior year documents

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting
    • 1+ years of experience processing accounts payables and receivables

    Required Skills

    • Experience with a general ledger system
    • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
    • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Demonstrates decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
