  • Overview

    The Coordinator for the Integrated Media Solutions team will assist in the day to day management of linear, digital and social advertising assets across the SUM Media portfolio. This role will support the Account Management team within IMS with access to all stages of the sales and partner management process, including ideation and selling, projections and planning, and campaign management and recapping. It will also involve working cross departments with the Partnership Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure delivery of each campaign and sales materials for upsells and new business.


    The SUM Media portfolio is a mix of premier linear, digital and social outlets, including MLS on Univision Networks live matches & shoulder programming, MLS Digital, U.S. Soccer Digital, FMF digital, CONCACAF Digital and key distribution partners.


    • Support Manager on day to day tasks of partner media programs
    • Research SUM Partner brands to provide background on key objectives and programs to help recommend the right SUM Digital platform mix for each brand
    • Support Account Management team on weekly status calls with partners, including circulating agendas and meeting notes, preparing presentations and tracking partner asset delivery
    • Contribute to the development and execution of sponsorship platforms across SUM Digital platforms / assets
    • Assist in creation of mid- and end-of-year recaps of partner campaigns, future year planning presentations and sales collateral for Partnership Marketing and Business Development
    • Support department hospitality needs for SUM events (MLS All-Star, MLS Cup, USSF matches, etc.)
    • Support management of all monthly linear billing with IMS Ad Operations team and Finance


    • Knowledge of the media sales marketplace and packaging; knowledge of social and mobile a plus
    • Commitment to a solutions-oriented approach and willingness to volunteer for projects
    • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
    • Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
    • Knowledge of DFP / DFA preferred
    • Organization and attention to detail is a MUST
    • Desire to build relationships both internally and externally and to be forward facing
    • A genuine interest in sports content and the media industry

     Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 – 3+ years of experience, ideally working in sports partnerships or a media agency
