In this position, the Senior Coordinator, Human Resources will partner with the HR team to deliver solutions that will foster organizational and people effectiveness by providing support and guidance for health & safety compliance protocols and policies, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.


  • Lead, manage, and update COVID-19 compliance protocols and policies as regulations continue to evolve.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of programs and events that support morale, engagement, inclusivity, and organizational effectiveness, including executing corporate outings, volunteer events and work celebrations.
  • Confidentially execute HR business processes for the Human Capital Management, learning management and performance management systems which includes handling data entry, running reports, conducting audits, and assisting with the maintenance and upgrades of the system; troubleshoot questions that arise from staff regarding the systems.
  • Assist with onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure company is compliant with all new federal, state and local regulations.
  • Work on ad-hoc Human Resources projects.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Successful experience within an administrative/support function in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working with a Human Capital Management system; prior experience with Workday a plus or technologically savvy with experience working in HR systems.
  • Exceptional time management skills; proactive with a sense of urgency
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
