Major League Soccer is looking to hire a skilled Software Developer to support ongoing and new critical applications. This person will analyze business requirements to identify and implement software applications that improve Major League Soccer's business processes across the entire league. This position requires experience in Microsoft full-stack. They will be responsible for implementing solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and process documentation. Additionally, they will provide oversight and guidance to ensure proper support while delivering services and solutions to our customers. 

• The ability to support and implement new workflows utilizing Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, and automated flow. 
• Ability to translate and apply strategy to business and product requirements into technical approaches and concepts  
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process and analysis, design, testing, and implementation, as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users 
• Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency to apply proper modifications to increase productivity   
• Makes use of HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery programming languages as needed. 
• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of legacy systems, data structures/usage and primary systems interfaces based on appropriately written system specifications. 
• Work with information security to guarantee security guidelines while implementing and maintaining the necessary controls and procedures to protect information systems assets cost-effectively from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction.  
• Must be able to troubleshoot production issues while being able to have foresight on users experience and provide solutions 
•  Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field 
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology  
• 3+ years' hands-on experience designing and developing Microsoft PowerApps 

• Skilled in Microsoft full stack, including but not limited to SQL DB, .NET, and other technologies 
• Develop PowerApps canvas and model-driven apps 
• Previous Experience developing/supporting workflow systems 

• Working knowledge of and passion for understanding and learning about intranets and digital workplace concepts. Utilizing this drive to build and support these via app and mobile 
• Ability to deliver highly technical information in a business-friendly manner to encourage adoption 
• Skilled in document requirements and putting together technical designs and code applications 
• Analyze, design, and develop applications from user requirements 
• Understanding of infrastructure and its impact on business initiatives  

• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team environment, as well as independently
