The Coordinator, Payroll is responsible for assisting with the accurate processing and recording of company’s US and Canadian payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and handling daily data entry Payroll processing.

• Assist Manager, Payroll & Senior Payroll Specialist with league office and player matters regarding payroll, including but not limited to:
  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, etc.)
  • Process manual check and relocation metric’s
• Assist in month end close and preparation of payroll journal entries
• Assist in other year-end compliance functions such as 1099 and 1042 reporting
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3+ years of experience in payroll
