Major League Soccer’s Strategy and Business Intelligence group is tasked with supporting strategic decision making and resource allocation across the League – with a focus on driving fan growth, revenue capture, and operating efficiencies – by providing impactful data driven insights, analysis, and recommendations. The group is seeking a new Director who will support the league by aligning long and short-term strategy with data and providing leadership with business intelligence and data driven insights. This hire will lead a team who oversee reporting and analytics on all areas of Fan Engagement (e.g., TV, Ticketing, Consumer Products, Social, etc.). In addition, this hire will work hands-on, specializing in subscription & streaming TV analytics and reporting as well as delivering regular Fan Engagement insights to Senior Management. This hire will report into the Senior Director of Strategy & BI and is highly curious and analytical, able to distill clarity from complexity, and has an entrepreneurial desire to innovate.
