The Ad Streaming Operations team leads the execution of partner media assets in the MLS Apple Streaming Platform, ultimately driving value for the enterprise and Official Marketing Partners.


The Manager’s primary day-to-day focus will be acquiring League and Club partner digital assets, setting up campaign placements, ensuring campaigns are accurately delivered, and reviewing reporting to ensure every aspect of the campaign is delivering as expected. The Manager is also responsible for any campaign troubleshooting and additional ad-hoc execution/reporting requests.


  • Gathering of all digital campaign media assets
  • Ensuring media is delivered to published specifications and lead time
  • Processing of all first party hosted creative and the hand off of all assets to Apple’s QA teams
  • Direct interaction with League Partners to ensure campaign fulfillment
  • Trafficking all campaign elements in ad server
  • Work closely with Partner Media Management account managers, Business Operations team, Apple Ad Operations to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Ad Operations experience, with 3+ years in digital streaming

Required Skills

  • Understanding of digital advertising, and in-depth knowledge of ad servers and QA tools
  • Experience working across multiple internal and external constituent groups
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Streaming Operations team
  • Ability to pull first and third party reporting
  • Experience handling large volume of campaigns and assets
  • Functional knowledge on trafficking campaigns in Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Operative
  • Dedicated work ethic, willingness to roll up sleeves to drive and lead a commitment to excellence
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High level of dedication to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Total Rewards

Starting Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
