Overview

In an effort to support the distribution deal with Apple TV, we have opened new studio temporarily on the upper east side to support this partnership.

 

The Senior Coordinator will be onsite at this studio and will serve as the facilities lead coordinating the day-to-day operations.   They also serve as the point of contact, building management, League office, and vendors.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all staff requests through the facilities ticketing system for the studio
  • Manage various administrative/facilities projects on ad hoc and continuous basis from studio team including 3rd party partners with NEP, IMG, Apple
  • Coordinate department moves in collaboration with IT service tech on site
  • Coordinate repairs of simple office installs (framed picture, white board, and cork board installations, as well as basic hardware repairs) with NEP
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of studio to ensure the office is in pristine condition
  • Set up all workstations for onboarding employees, consultants, etc.
  • Coordinate with your manager and MLS IT all facilities offboarding of separated/terminated employees
  • Assist with conference room set up/break down, room configurations, extra seating etc.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pantry and office supplies on a weekly basis
  • Restock pantries and copy rooms on a daily basis
  • Coordinate building services with the Property Management Office
  • Liaise with Facilities staff at HQ
  • Travel to the HQ location when necessary
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution/handling of mail for the studio
  • Additional general office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in office services/facility management at a mid-sized company.

 

Required Skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage basic off the shelf installations, repairs and other similar requests
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong Customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organization and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours and days
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

 

Total Rewards

Starting Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
