The Coordinator, Accounting is responsible for processing payables and receivables for multiple subsidiaries.


  • Daily review and processing of incoming payment requests through online payment request system/Concur
  • Process Wire Transfers through bank online platform
  • Track returned wires/checks/ACH Payments via Asana
  • Process employee expense reports via Concur and manually when needed
  • Research incoming checks/incoming cash that have no descriptions
  • Process billing requests and generate invoices for multiple subsidiaries
  • Review/Book deposits In GP (ERP)
  • Review outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment by clients
  • Send monthly statements and track Accounts Receivable adjustments
  • Receivables collections
  • Manage collections agency accounts and relationship
  • Manage Direct Biller- Payment Platform
  • Manage Player Revenue Billing
  • Assist with month-end close process
  • Assist with annual audits
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience processing accounts payables and/or receivables


Required skills

  • Experience with a general ledger system
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrates decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook


Total Rewards

Starting Base Salary $40,000 - $50,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
