Major League Soccer is the top-flight men’s professional soccer league in the United States and Canada. In 2023, the League will be comprised of 29 clubs, with ongoing plans to expand to 30 clubs, will play the new and annual Leagues Cup tournament, and launched its worldwide streaming and marketing partnership with Apple.
Major League Soccer’s historic partnership with Apple allows fans to stream every single MLS and Leagues Cup match through the Apple TV app, worldwide. The new streaming service also feature MLS NEXT, MLS NEXT Pro and Leagues Cup matches, alongside a rich offering of League, Tournament and Club content. MLS is also working with Apple across its products and services to reach passionate and new fans with an enhanced, simplified, and connected fan experience.
In this position, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic consultation and coaching to business leaders to create and implement HR strategies that will foster organizational and people effectiveness as well as an inclusive culture, with a focus on supporting our Centralized Production Studio, On-Air Talent, and internal Apple Partnership teams. The HRBP will partner with leaders, League office staff and on-air talent in areas such as employee experience, HR operations, employee relations, culture, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation and talent development.

Starting Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
