Overview

The temporary Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing is responsible for proactively managing, supporting, and streamlining assigned corporate partner accounts from the point of a deal closing through campaign execution, and ultimately, renewal. This is a temporary position beginning on or about June 9, 2025 through on or about August 1, 2025 (with potential for extension).

Responsibilities

  • Work with Manager, Partnership Marketing on day-to-day tasks of partner programs
  • Fulfill contractual assets of partner agreements inclusive of in-game media, ticketing, hospitality, etc., support game-day programming and monitor sponsor promotions
  • Maintain weekly status reports and communicate recaps following internal and external partner meetings
  • Support the execution of partnership contract fulfillment processes including managing creative approval processes both internally and externally
  • Research relevant topics related to partners, partner competitors and general soccer and sports marketing industry while learning about the partners’ business goals and strategy objectives
  • Oversee fulfillment of special requests by partners
  • Manage team assigned general project requests and take ownership of execution from start to finish, while often working across multiple internal departments
  • Communicate with Managers and Partnership Marketing leadership team on a regular basis, as well as additional internal team members who are involved in partner business
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience required

  • Experience in client management and/or sales communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Superior organization, project management skills, self-starter and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
  • High level of dedication to produce quality work and convey organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Data Management systems
  • Proficiency communicating (verbal and written) in business level Spanish

Desired

  • Knowledge of the sport and entertainment industry, soccer specific knowledge is a plus

Total Rewards

Starting compensation $30.00 - $32.00/hour; 40 hours/week. MLS/SUM compensation is contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
