  • Execute and optimize in-app, push, and SMS notifications using OneSignal within the MLS app.
  • Manage timelines, creative approvals, and stakeholder feedback with teams including Business Intelligence, Marketing Technology, and Creative.

Platform & Data Operations

  • Serve as a hands-on lead for execution across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Marketing Technology teams to resolve issues related to targeting, segmentation, or tracking.
  • Collaborate with Product and Web teams to implement deeplink requirements in the MLS app.
  • Prior to launch, test and QA audience segmentation logic, total counts, UTMs, and tracking URLs to ensure accuracy.

Digital Marketing Support & Project Management

  • QA site experiences tied to marketing launches, including content accuracy, links, and device responsiveness.
  • Support asset and copy delivery for international web projects and campaigns.
  • Assist with tactical paid media execution tasks: compiling creative specs, linking assets, tracking UTMs, and documenting targeting.
  • Join planning meetings, capture notes, follow up on deadlines, and route creative for feedback.
  • Support campaign retrospectives by gathering performance insights from stakeholders.
  • Pitch in on ad-hoc web and paid media tasks as needed to support integrated marketing efforts.
