Major League Soccer (MLS) seeks innovative, talented and passionate students to contribute to the growth of Soccer in North America.

Located at the League Office Headquarters in New York City, the Summer Intern Program is a 10-week program that runs from June 8^th-August 6^th.  Interns will be a part of an inclusive culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration, values diversity and promotes creativity

WHO’S ELIGIBLE?

At the time of application, all candidates must be:

1. Undergraduate rising seniors, recent college graduates or students currently enrolled in a post-graduate program
2. Eligible to work in the U.S. or currently hold valid work authorization

Internship Commitment

Start: June 8, 2026

Ends:   August 6, 2026

Hours: 40 hours a week; Monday-Friday 

EDUCATION:

• Undergraduate rising senior
• Recent college graduate
• Currently enrolled in a post-graduate program 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Must commit to attend full 10-week program
• Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus

TOTAL REWARDS

Major League Soccer offers an hourly salary of $20 based on a 40-hour work week.
