Major League Soccer (MLS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact creative initiatives that elevate the MLS brand across campaigns, match promotion, tentpole events, and digital experiences.

Working across Creative Strategy, Design, and Creative Operations, this role serves as the connective tissue that moves work from creative intake through final delivery. The Senior Manager, Creative drives project execution, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and helps scale the team's creative output through thoughtful processes, emerging tools, and operational excellence, allowing creatives to focus on delivering their best work.

• Lead high-priority creative initiatives from intake through final delivery, managing project planning, timelines, approvals, stakeholder communication, and execution in partnership with the Creative Strategy, Design, and Creative Operations.
• Drive scalable creative production across priority campaigns and daily work initiatives, ensuring efficient execution across channels and stakeholders.
• Apply a brand-centric lens to ensure creative solutions align with campaign objectives and maintain consistency across all fan-facing touchpoints.
• Partner with Creative Strategy and Marketing requestors to translate insights, positioning, campaign objectives, and business priorities into actionable briefs and execution timelines.
• Work closely with marketing, content, social, and production teams to translate needs into effective design and creative solutions.
• For key initiatives, serve as the central point of coordination for designers, freelancers, production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Partner closely with Creative Operations to improve and manage creative intake, prioritization, and project planning, and delivery workflows while championing best practices in Asana across the Creative team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance creative workflows, adopt emerging tools, and implement scalable processes that improve team efficiency and creative output.
• Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to support creative production through file preparation, technical reviews, and final production-ready deliverables as needed.
• Support additional department initiatives and special projects, as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 7+ years of experience required in creative project management, integrated marketing, creative operations, or an agency/in-house creative environment

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Asana and creative project management workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to modify working files and support production tasks and technical review.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and channel specifications for creative work across social, digital, email, web, OOH, and print.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, drive alignment, and maintain quality in fast-paced environments.
• Experience identifying and implementing workflow improvements, creative technologies, and AI-enabled tools that enhance team efficiency.
• Experience managing integrated creative work from intake through production and delivery.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams.
