MLS is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented information security engineer to join the Information Security Office. The security engineer will drive the security awareness program, correlate threat intelligence to actionable security events, and participate in incident response efforts. This Information security role is responsible for protecting MLS staff, digital assets, and the brand by collaborating with teams across the enterprise and maintaining the technology assets that safeguard the organization.
The Individual in this role will proactively identify and manage risk by educating staff on current cyber-attack tactics, techniques, and procedures while performing a basic level of cyber analysis on security alerts and integrating indicators of compromise (IOCs) into sensors and SIEM. Problem-solving and the ability to adapt current processes to meet project goals and requirements are essential elements of this position.
The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing is responsible for proactively managing, supporting, and streamlining assigned corporate partner accounts from the point of a deal closing through campaign execution, and ultimately, renewal.
The Events department oversees the strategic development, planning and execution of numerous MLS and SUM events in North America each year, including marquee events like MLS All-Star Week, CONCACAF Gold Cup, MLS Cup, the Mexican National Team U.S. Tour, MLS NEXT CUP, MLS Rivalry Week, MLS Decision Day, Campeones Cup, and U.S. Soccer Federation programming. Annually, the Events Team also manages cross-departmental initiatives including hospitality/B2B programming, press announcements, department/executive meetings, competition events and other strategic projects for the Enterprise.
The Director, Hotel & Meetings will lead the planning and successful execution of all MLS/SUM meetings and hotel contracts. They will lead the process for all hotel RFP’s for all MLS & SUM events (average of 75+ contracts per year). This includes procurement of hotels/venues, oversight of the overall timeline and planning, programming and coordinating with staff, meeting program stakeholders, logistics, budget and negotiations.
The position will also be responsible for using post-meeting analysis to recommend ways to improve the meeting experience (added value) and for recommending ways to effectively manage expenses and/or find new budgetary efficiencies and improve attendee experience at the meetings.
This position will also be responsible for developing a strategy for a short-term and long-term booking process that leverages Hotel Brand Representatives and CVB relationships, total spend and market analysis to secure concessions that are consistent across the department (elevating MLS processes to be consistent with the industry standard).
The Senior Director, Partnership Marketing will be responsible for managing and leading key Enterprise marketing partner relationships to enhance promotion and visibility, meet partner objectives, and increase revenue for the League. The Senior Director will drive the ideation process (cross departmental) and oversee the creation, implementation, strategic management and profitability of partner promotional programs and initiatives. This role will focus on improving the league's marketing partnership infrastructure, identifying efficiencies and best practices, with a focus on driving business opportunities for new and existing partnerships.
The Lead DevOps Engineer operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to work collaboratively with technology and project leads to help develop solutions commensurate with both the needs and budgets of those projects. They should have a vibrant interest in the evolution of these technologies and the various providers and services available. They are tasked with the management and development of continuous integration and deployment solutions for production applications across various sites/software. They will be spearheading the creation of new technology infrastructures and maintaining configuration management and automation tools.

The Senior Coordinator, Social Media is responsible for helping position the League as the most engaging and innovative sports brand in social media. The Senior Coordinator, Social Media will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with all MLS social media platforms, with the goal to create the best possible content experience for our audience and grow the League's foothold in culture.
MLS is looking for a passionate, organized Project Manager to join the newly formed Project Management Office. The Project Manager will drive project teams, deliverables, and schedules for the creation and execution of site updates, applications, and new technology initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative work environment, interacting with the team throughout all project phases, creating/monitoring detailed project plans, and associated project deliverables.
The Project Manager will have experience in defining, planning, scheduling, and communicating project activities. They must be able to apply creative and strategic thinking and project management skills to satisfy project requirements. They should also be able to proactively identify and manage risk. The Manager will function as a threat assessment and research expert and collaborate with stakeholders around the league to ensure proper safety and security protocols are in place. They will monitor global events that could impact leaguewide operations, team security, and sport integrity using open-source information, media, commercial software platforms, and third-party resources. In addition, the individual will conduct social network analysis, monitor groups and individuals, and develop recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, or dashboards to MLS leadership.

The Content Producer will help oversee the daily content production of MLSsoccer.com and will be responsible for helping to create and layout stories, review content, manage the layout of the League site and app and develop story and video ideas to ensure complete coverage of MLS matches throughout the season.
The Director of Digital with join the Media team to support the growth of MLS’ digital platforms and products. Additionally, this role will manage digital partners and monitor trends, new emerging technology and opportunities. The Director of Digital will also oversee the Digital Club Services team. Digital Club Services supports MLS Clubs by providing the tools, training, best practices and expertise to help them leverage their content and digital systems to drive business results. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the club digital teams by helping them maximize their digital engagement, coordinating network-wide initiatives and supporting their business goals.
