The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics will work with various teams to optimize digital content, product performance and database marketing. This person will coach internal and external stakeholders on how best to use available data to optimize content, increase traffic and engagement on digital platforms. He/she will help shape our content strategy, converting insights into strategic opportunities for digital platform growth.
The Digital Club Services (DCS) team supports MLS Clubs with the tools, training, best practices and expertise to help them leverage content and digital systems to drive business results. The DCS Manager will maintain relationships with Club Digital teams to help them maximize digital engagement, coordinate network-wide initiatives and support their business goals.
The Managing Editor oversees the day-to-day content production, workflow and operations of the league’s official website, mobile web and mobile app, guiding daily content and site production in collaboration with the Editor-in-Chief. Among the chief responsibilities of the Managing Editor: (1) content ideation, planning, programming and production for site and app; (2) managing, scheduling, assigning, on-boarding and coaching a team of staffers and freelancers; (3) overseeing site/app-specific budget; (4) creating content; (5) assessing content and platform performance metrics.
