The Integrated Media Solutions (IMS) team manages the commercial media efforts for our MLS & SUM properties. As a member of the Integrated Media Solutions department, the Coordinator of IMS will be the subject-matter expert on MLS & SUM Digital advertising systems and processes, who will help operationalize and streamline all internal aspects of our digital media campaigns. The responsibilities of this role will be split between the two organizations (MLS & SUM) in a 50/50 capacity.
The Coordinator of IMS will serve as the internal first line of contact to ensure proper execution and management of standard and custom digital media advertising and sponsorship programs. He/she will work with the Planning, Business (Ad) Operations, Editorial, Production, Social, and Partnership Marketing teams to ensure that the campaign is delivering, and meeting client’s expectations based on contract terms, goals and objectives set forth by the client. Although this function focuses on digital media and content packaging strategy, development and execution, it is incumbent upon the Coordinator to liaise closely with our on-air broadcast partners (Univision/ESPN/FOX) to maximize our media activations.
