The Senior Service Desk Specialist is a first point of contact to respond, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a Windows and Mac environment. The Service Desk team supports internal staff and external customers in an efficient and timely fashion over the phone, in person, electronic communication, and remote connectivity software. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and a solid work ethic. The Senior Service Desk Specialist will also participate in new technology projects, as assigned.
The Director is a member of the Information Technology team who will be responsible for setting up and managing the Technology Project Management Office. This is a new role within the organization as we work to create efficiencies, maintain project standards and improve project visibility across the enterprise. The Director will work to establish methodologies and processes that work best for our organization. Along with being the visionary for the Technology PMO, this position will manage highly visible projects in a fast-paced environment that cross multiple business divisions.
