The group is seeking a Manager, Partner Solutions & Commercial Insights who has experience developing integrated marketing platforms and go-to-market narratives dedicated to driving commercial revenue. The Manager will do this by understanding and utilizing marketing mix learning, consumer insights, communication strategy and thinking, data-driven analysis, and industry and sponsorship knowledge.
As a vital member of the Emerging Ventures team, you will assist in building strategic partnerships and enabling new capabilities with the goals of growing the MLS fanbase, engaging fans in new ways, improving the quality of play on the field, and delivering new revenue streams.

The Senior Coordinator, Social Responsibility will support the fulfillment of MLS WORKS initiatives and programs, associated with League corporate partners in the U.S. and Canada, that align with key social issues, raise visibility of the League, its clubs and players and help drive value to the enterprise. This position will support alignment with various cross functional teams to ensure delivery of current contractual assets, integrated marketing campaigns and social impact programs, while supporting related renewal and new business conversations. The ideal candidate will have strong executional skills, the ability to think creatively, work collaboratively across the organization, provide innovative solutions and have experience with digital, experiential and cause related programs.

The MLS Digital Club Services (DCS) team is looking for a motivated and high performing individual to join the team. The Digital Club Services provides expertise and training in league digital tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing to help clubs achieve business results.
The Manager will be responsible for helping clubs run their CMS, maximize their digital engagement on social media and the league’s video platform, and manage how clubs participate in league-wide initiatives.
This role will manage the operational support involving maintaining databases, composing correspondence, executing organizational tasks, and planning events. The Senior Coordinator will report to the Director of Player Engagement and assist others as directed.
The Manager, Operations is responsible for managing, in part, all aspects of match day operations League-wide including but not limited to match operations and stadium operations. In addition, they manage the day-to-day planning, coordination, and logistics for MLS/SUM International Events. These events include, but not limited to the Mexico National Team Tour, Gold Cup and other CONCACAF events as well as other matches promoted or operated by MLS/SUM.
The MLS Legal department is seeking a Paralegal to provide ongoing support for the management and organization of contracts and contract templates, prosecution and maintenance of MLS’s intellectual property portfolio, preparation of legal documents and research projects, and to support on invoice and payment processing.

The VP of Digital will be a leader in the development of the league’s digital strategy and will be responsible for socializing and executing this strategy for MLS, its Clubs, MLS NEXT Pro, and MLS NEXT. In this role, the VP of Digital will be responsible for developing products and content, and fan data strategies to deliver fan growth and new revenue for the enterprise.
This individual is responsible for designing and implementing a new digital plan that aligns with the overarching business goals and vision of the League and MLS’s Media department. This role requires vision, discipline, creativity, the ability to direct team members, excellent communication skills, great flexibility, as well as a strategic and innovative mindset.
